Streamlining and accelerating administrative processes, automating routine tasks, creating online services and facilitating dialogue with citizens and businesses: Fraunhofer FOKUS has been supporting policymakers and public administrations in the digitalisation of processes, services and infrastructures for more than 20 years. With its Digital Public Services (DPS) division, the Berlin-based institute is Germany's largest research and development organisation for the digital transformation of the state, administration and the public sphere.
