To implement these algorithms in accessible and user-friendly quantum programming the project “Qompiler - Standardized Quantum Software Stack” a software stack with a higher-level quantum programming language is being developed.

    The project SchleusenNOK40 enables improved lock management through data-based traffic forecasts and knowledge-based planning and optimization processes. A planning and information system was developed for this purpose as part of the project. The aim is to provide better support for lock personnel in their decisions. Waterway users can thus obtain improved information about possible waiting and clearance times at the locks for their own planning.

    The FORTIKA project contributes to reducing the overall risk of cyber-crime against SMEs. They shall be able to react appropriately to attacks and incidents without having to invest a lot of resources themselves to secure their systems against external attacks. FORTIKA therefore follows a security by design hybrid approach, which provides protection based on hardware and software at the same time.

    In the METAR project, Fraunhofer FOKUS supports the BMW Group by assisting them with different work packages and groups of the AUTOSAR development partnership.
